Matt joined Rightside in August 2025 after making the big move from Sheffield in the UK earlier this year with his partner Lou. Since arriving in Sydney in February, he’s thrown himself into local life – running the City2Surf and finishing an incredible 23rd place! A keen triathlete, Matt also qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii in October 2024, showing impressive discipline, balancing long training hours with a professional full-time job. Matt also held a British Triathlon coaching qualification, where he enjoyed encouraging others and giving back to the local community.

With more than 15 years’ experience leading teams and managing people, projects, and client relationships across the sporting goods and apparel industry, Matt offers a calm and considered approach to every situation. He has also worked in UK real estate, giving him valuable insight from another market in the industry.

Now calling Fairlight home, Matt is enjoying the Northern Beaches lifestyle – coffee, good food, and ocean views all on his doorstep. As both a property investor and tenant himself, he understands the importance of clear communication, empathy, and professionalism in property management.

Right now, Matt is busy learning the ropes and getting to know the properties in our care. He’s already embraced the Northern Beaches lifestyle and looks forward to building strong, long-term relationships with our landlords and tenants.
