Preparing to Vacate
Your Property Manager will invest time with your Tenants in advance of moving day and share checklists, guides and refer trusted cleaners. Preparing in advance helps pave the way for a smooth transition.
Vacating Day & Key Return
Today is a busy day for the tenants, with time dedicated to cleaning and checking the the property is returned in the condition expected. Keys are due back by close of business today.
The Exit Inspection
This is where your Property Managers expertise really shines. With their detailed knowledge about what is fair wear and tear and attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness, they will make sure your property stays in top condition.
When Something Isn't Right
Your Property Manager is skilled and experienced in managing any issues that may arise during the vacating process. This may be damage to the property or cleanliness standards. Your property manager will aim for fairness and a swift resolution.
Finalising the Bond
The final stage of the vacating process, is the finalisation of the Bond. Your Property Manager will mage this process to faciliate a swift finalisation – as this is in both the Landlord’s and the Tenant’s interests.
